Return & Refund Policy
Pedal is delighted to offer you a straight forward return and exchange policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your items purchased from us, please get in touch with us at email@example.com
All our items are falling under the below return and refund policy, except any custom order is individually created, hence it is not possible to get refund or return, all custom orders where all sales are FINAL.
All items must be returned in perfect condition in and out as well as in original packaging. Shipping and handling charges will not be returned, reimbursed or refunded for returns or exchanges. All future shipping charges for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Of course we will refund the re-delivery charges, if the error has occurred from our side.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, in our opinion, who is doing excessive returns or exchanges. Any client doing excessive returns or exchanges will be taken off our client list and will no longer be able to purchase from Pedal. Full refunds will be issued for items received through the mail at our facility within 3 working days of the delivery date less all shipping and handling charges, provided that the item(s) have not been worn, damaged, soiled, washed, or altered. Refunds are not granted if the item is damaged in the possession of the customer.
Returns received at our facility by mail within 10 working days of the delivery date are eligible for exchange only, less all shipping and handling charges. Any return received in our store after 10 working days of the delivery date will be refused and no refund or exchange will be permitted. For outside UAE clients, please note you are responsible to return the item/s.
